I ordered a bottle of H2o2. When I received the bottle the contents had exploded and leaked out all over. I contacted the company on multiple occasions by e-mail and internet, and no one would return my call. I then contacted Pay Pal and this was there response:

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund.

So be careful, if the product is damaged you may have little recourse. They want to make it as hard as possible to get a refund. I have never had a problem like this and I have purchased from multiple internet companies.
