If you are suffering the loss of your beloved doberman and decided to purchase another doberman save yourself the anguish of dealing with Guardians N Angels.    I researched several breeders of dobermans looking to find what I hoped would be a reputable breeder and one that carefully bred dogs for temperament and health.   Finally, I settled upon Guardians N Angels.   My doberman, Baron passed away from brain cancer December 3, 2011.  Naturally, I was heartsick for Baron and continue to grieve for him.   I filled up my application with Guardians N Angels, completed all the information they requested.  Since they were so thorough in their application, webiste, reviews etc I felt quite confident dealing with them.  Big mistake!  Big costly mistake.

Lynn, (owner) called me several times and spent at least 4 hours total on the phone with me providing me with webistes to look up for nutrition, vet care and reviews, health care, vaccine schedule, ear cropping etc.  She sent me at least twenty emails complete with photos of my new puppy, his siblings and parens pics.  I was delighted that I was getting another puppy to somewhat fill the hole in my heart from losing Baron.

Similarly to the other review suddenly the communication ceased.  I hounded literally hounded her via phone calls, texts and email. Lynn finally responsed a few times and so I thought perhaps the lack of communication is not a problem and it might just be that I am overly anxious to get Croga.  Lynn told me that she does not fly her dogs in the US stating she did not trust the airlines and that they had lost so many dogs.  I understood and agreed with her feeling even more confident that this breeder really was reputable and showed so much concern for her dogs.   By December 28th I had wired her $2,500.00 to her bank account in Florala, Alabama.

Wells Fargo Routing # ****0248 Acct#******5387.  I paid for the pup in full.   She told me I had to pay $300 to $500 for vet tech to drive pup to my home.  Since that time she finally contacted me last Friday afternoon via text asking if I was ready fo the puppy to arrive this weekend (that was last weekend).  All communication stopped.  I hounded her via phone, text and email to find out what was going on.  She contacted me yesterday to say that did I want the pick of the litter instead of the pup she had picke out for me.   She also said the vet tech her sister uses was never a problem and sorry for the delay she was leaving Friday!  What year wonder!

Furthermore, Lynn told me that I needed to have $800 cash ready for the vet tech!  I was astonished!  I questioned her about my supposed pup and asked what was really going on and that she needed to level with me.  I have not heard back from her!  It was not until I called her 21 times in 20 minutes that she had responded as I stated above.   This is a disgrace.  I am now pursuing legal action, I am traveling to Florala, Alabama, I have reported wire fraud which I understand is a federal crime and most of all I will not stop until this person is held accountable for her actions.  In the meantime I hope that there are no other victims.   I have hit redial 12 times since drafting this complaint.  I will continue to pursue this until I get an appropriate resolution.

Reno Consumer,

I was just wondering if you received your puppy yet and if he or she was healthy?  What litter was it from?  Was it her 11/11/11 litter or her 10/31/11 litter or another one?  If you have not received your "healthy puppy yet, please let me know.  There are several people who have received "sick puppies", I am one of them, and or wired money and did not receive a puppy at all.  I received one of her puppies on 12/14/12 and the puppy is very sick still.  I have spent over 1200 in vet and emergency vet bills since I received this sick puppy.  I'm looking for anyone who also has been scammed out of their money and/or received a sick puppy.  If your puppy gets sick or dies of cardio problems you can bet the health guarantee listed on her website doesn't hold water.  Lynn told me she would pay or replace the sick puppy I received on March 17th 2012 to date I have not heard back from her.  Good Luck!  I hope all worked or works out for you.

Please see my update to my report in comments to the Irvine "Avenging Angels" report.  I believe that my comments explain the situation that has now been resolved to my satisfaction.  Primarily I believe (and am hopeful) that the entire sitation occurred due to lack of consistent communication.  I spoke at length with the owner of Guardians N Angels and while I do not yet have my pup I am confident that he is on his way finally!  I will keep current updates to be fair to everyone involved.
