Guardsman Australia PTY LTD would not cover the warranty and just lied to me on more than one occasion Baulkham Hills New South wales
Guardsman is supposed to cover the warranty for any accidental spills/stains or damage on the lounge suite that I bought from a furniture retailer, I paid $300 for this warranty.
We accidentally put a hole in one of our seat cushions and called Guardsman to repair it, they sent a contractor out to give a quote for them. After a few weeks I hear nothing so I call them and they say everything that you want to hear and promise to call you back and leave you a message but nothing, after a couple of more weeks I do the same thing and they say the same thing. I never hear back from them they just absolutely lie to you. It has been 4 months and have again got in touch with them but they do nothing. They will not even answer your emails.
They are an absolute sham just take your money but will not give anything back.
