TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased the Guardsman Furniture Protection Plan through Lazy-Boy with my furniture purchase.

Sales Rep at Lazy Boy pitched the service as a "Pick Up the Phone and Someone" will be there to clean your sofa"  Sure....WHEN HELL FREEZES OVER!

Coundn't be farther from the truth. All requests have to be filed by mail....yes... you heard me,  by mail. In the age of the internet and email, Gaurdsman still operates through the Pony Express?

So at a minimum expect your wine, crap, or shoe polish stain to sit on your furniture for about a week to two weeks before action is taken. Total Joke, for my request I made a typo mistake listing the incorrect date and they refuse to honor their contract! It's amazing this company has not gone out of business, their customer service is non-existent. So if they had one ounce of integrity they would honor their contract, but they are the scum of the earth and never will.  A typo was their excuse for not honoring the contract. Like a typo would make the stain go away? For them it was all the excuse they needed, they didn't have to lift a finger, collected my money and hung up the phone.

I will take this issue up with Lazy Boy next as I can walk into their locale store and demand justice or at least run every customer out of the store in the process.
