Guardsman Furniture Protection Plans I paid $350 for this service when I purchased furniture from Bassett. We developed some scratches on a table top and when we called to get someone out to repair the table, we entered into a communications maze that like the Nothing Grand Rapids Michigan
Paid $350 for a 5 year protection plan and after 2 years we reported a claim and were told the the damage occurred prior tot the last 30 days therefore they denied the claim.
Tried to cancel the remaining 3 years for a refund and was told I''m ineligible for a refund.
