I bought a chair,  a few months after the purchasing the chair it starting sitting a little funny.  leaning to one side.  we did not report this right away.  But as it got worse we decide to report it.

we first tried to use their on-line submitting option. This is EXTREMELY difficult, almost impossible. You MUST submit a picture of the chair. Although in my case a picture tells you nothing. That pictue must be a specific size. for which they give poor instruction on how to use the program Paint to resize. but their instructions are so bad that even following them is hard. Then if you try to submit still does not work.

So then you have to mail it.  and you have to do this ALL within 5 days according to them.  I do understand the 5 day issue with stains, but my was a mechanizism issue. Either way on the phone they stated that your claim is denied, and resubmitting will not work . We will not honor your claims.

DO NOT USE this company. they simply will deny all claims first.
