Complaint Review: Guitar Alliance

I just read the report from Steve about Guitar Alliance taking his money but not providing the service. I am currently dealing with a Guitar Alliance issue as well from the "Hot Blues Licks" site. I subscribed to "Hot Blues Licks" and found it far inferior to what was advertised. When I cancelled my subscription and asked for the "100% guaranteed refund" as stated in the ad, I haven't received a reply after 4 email requests, much less the promised refund. I actually found something I consider worse than the material on the site - the "My Personal 100% Money Back Guarantee" from Kenny Mann. Let's face it, it's not the $37 I wasted on this subscription, it's the principal of being scammed. Carefully consider what you're doing before you deal with this business!
