I purchased dj eqipment for my son.I lost my job and had to return it .I was charged e restock fee of 900.00,even though I was given the floor samples to use.I also paid 208.00 for warrantys that were never used. I made numerous calls to the company for my warranty refund and here it is almost 18 months later and still no money. Any help you can give me in getting my money back it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I used to be an employee - how long did you have the gear? If it was bought new you have at least 30 days to return - the manager can extend that depending on circumstances - your receipt will show if you bought a new or used item. Any GC store can print out a copy of your receipt for any store - just get a manager to do it. If the store manager is no help, call corporate. Unfortunately with GC it's she/he who makes the most noise wins.
