I PURCHASED SOFT WARE TO GO WITH BEAT MACHINE I BOUGHT FOR MY SON. I PURCHASE MANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY OVER THE YEARS FOR STUDIOS THAT I HAVE BUILT . WHEN THE SOFTWARE WAS WORKING I WENT TO THE LOCAL STORE IN ARLINGTON TEXAS THEY HAD NO CLUE HOW TO HELP . tHEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO CALL THE VENDOR . SO I CALLED THE ONLINE BACK TO LET THEM KNOW IT WASNT WORKING THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING OR GIVE ME A REFUND . i ASKED TO TO SPEAK WITH SUPERVSOR . KEVIN THE AGENT TOLD ME THERE IS NO SUPERVSIOR IN SALT LAKE CITY AND IT WAS TO BAD IT WASNT WORKING CALL THE VENDOR IT WASNT GUITAR CENTER ISSUE . i TOLD THEM I JUST PURCHASED FROM THEM 20 MIN AGO . HE SAID SO WHAT ? IM ABOULTYLY DISCUSSED WITH ASSOCIATE ATTITUDE AND THE COMAPNY . I WILL TAKE MY BUSNESS ELSE WHERE GOING FORWARD I HOPE THE 350 DOLLARS WAS WORTH IT TO THEM LOSSING THOUSADNS OF DOLLARS A YEAR FROM ME . AN MUCH MORE AS I SPREAD THIS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA AND MY BUSINESS FRIENDS !!
