Guitar Control Claude Johnson Failure to deliver product or respond to email requests about same New Providence Rhode Island
I orderd a whole bunch of products on-line from guitarcontrol.com. They quickly ripped the money out of my VISA account, and then failed to deliver the goods. Despite numerous emails requesting information about delivery they have failed to respond to any of them. Guitar control also automatically placed me on a subscription base to products that I had not requested. The whole thing is a RIP OFF. Buyer beware, do not touch this group.

Estimated Time of Arrival is always indicated in the email sent to customers. For International Orders it would take 2-3 weeks and if there are delays could take up to 1 and half months. These info is given after every purchase.
