Complaint Review: Guitar Control.com

Guitar Control.com Claude Johnson DDosn't live upto personal guarantee, won't return phone calls, or E-mails. Infact the only person I have ever talked to is Monica Cura. Traverse City, Michigan

This all started in December of 2012.  I received an E-mail from guitarcontrol.com about there latest big deal.

Guitar control big package 14 dvd's in 2 disc set's, all with a 100 % money back guarantee, for $149.00.

 

On december 6, 2012 I ordered guitar control big package, the first set arrived damaged beond use.  I was told;

throw them away, a new set would be shipped . The second set of discs arrived damaged . Again I was told;

throw them away, a new set would be shipped. On the third try, they arrived in usable state, on 12-26-2012.

 

After examining the dvds and watching them, over and over I just could not get exited  about this product anymore.

I tried to contact guitar control help.com, 3 e-mails and 3 phone calls later, no one had bothered to contact me.

 

So I returned the dvd's according to the instructions on the shipping invoice. I allso sent my request snail mail.

All I received back was a F*** You letter. I can not quote the guitar control guarantee here, copy rites.

but i can say this there is no time limit on the guitar control guarantee.
