 I had purchased 2 sets of these lessons paying nearly $170.00 in total price.. The dvd cases hold up to 8 discs each but are made very cheap and arrived in a plastic envelope busted all to hell.. 

On every page, Claude Johnson offers a full refund for up to 365 days over and over again stating that there is no risk on the buyer`s part no matter what the issue is.. Even though there is a phone# 1-888-687-4216 for Customer Service, it is nothing more than a dead line.. I have not been able to find an email address and when trying to go through one of the many websites of his in order to find out contact information, they all lead back to the phone# above which takes you nowhere.. 

In my opinon he is a complete scam artist from Wayne, Pa. and is now shipping these dvd`s from Traverse City, MI.

Claude Johnson also offers you a 30 day trial to new members (1 lesson a day) to make you think that he is going to teach you even more but it basically comes down to having you buy more dvd`s not only from him but from many other people as well..

Be aware for a BIG let down in not being able to get any refund or help if you purchase these dvd`s..

Our contact information is very visible on all our sites. When this customer called he wasn’t able to talk to a representative because possibly the agents were also assisting other calls. The customer did leave a voicemail and an agent returned the call right away but it was the customer who didn’t want to communicate. We apologize if customer was not able to talk to someone but our customer service department did everything to communicate with him, just that it was the customer who did not want to talk to us. Our customer service department always make sure that customers’ concerns are settled and taken care of.
