Complaint Review: GuitarControl.com

After ordering a defective DVD set from this company, they passed me around using different emails and names claiming the next person I got forwarded to was the one that was going to finally refund my money. It's been nearly 2 months since I ordered and still no one has helped me or stood by what they said. On each page Claude claims a 100% Money Back Guarantee with no issues asked if you don't like the product for any reason. Mine doesn't even work and he won't take care of it.

I've messaged Claude several times, he responded that he was taking care of it, and then he would delete my message and I wouldn't hear anything. The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company. Do NOT buy anything from this guy, he's a complete rip-off artist.
