Jamie Bid air conditioner replacement $5000.00 ...took over 6 mo to complete the work. then said the estimate wasfor parts only and demanded another 5000.00 or would file a lein. After six months and, numerous excuses he claimed the work was complete.
He then said his estimATE WAS for parts only and did not state labor, he demanded another $5000.00 or would file a lein.
I was selling the boat and needed to have clear title so I paid him.
Upon the survey the ac he installed was ua used unit and never did work.....be very carefull...stay away ferom him.
