This sleazy company won't stop calling you even after you request to be put on their DO NOT CALL LIST.

We own a SMALL company and we sure don't need their help. They called 2 months ago and I said We don't want your services - take us off your list.

Sooooooooooooo 1/2 hour ago "Danielle" calls.....says she wants to talk with the owner. I tell her he isn't available and say I CAN HELP YOU. She says she wants to arrange a meeting with her CEO and Owner of my company.

I tell her I HAVE REQUESTED THAT YOUR COMPANY NOT CALL US ANYMORE. MY COMPANY DOESN'T NEED YOUR SERVICES.

Then she hangs up on me. Our business phone has caller id -- it says GULF PACIFIC -- 916-852-9331.

I call back. She answers the phone. I tell her I WANT TO TALK WITH HER SUPERVISOR. Some woman comes on. I tell her your employees keep calling every couple of months. I tell them WE DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICES, TAKE US OFF YOUR LIST. She gets all defensive and wants to know WHO DID I TALK TO.....I said I don't remember....but I am telling you right now, I am co-owner and I know we do NOT want your services. I've been in business long enough to know what we need. We do NOT want your employees to keep calling. I told her I was going to report them to the DO NOT CALL LIST. Just before I said Goodbye.....She pipes up..."WELL.....DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT OUR COMPANY DOES?"

I said YES......STOP CALLING US.....WE DON'T NEED YOU.

She obviously doesn't know her company has a HORRIBLE reputation. I already looked them up.

SO BE WARNED....THIS COMPANY WILL USE INEXPERIENCED TELEMARKETERS WHO ARE FUDE TO TRY AND CON YOU. Don't be conned.

I also own a company in Portland, Oregon. Gulf Pacific also hunted me down with their telemarketing calls so much that it was irritating. Finally I gave up and said fine, send your sales person by and I will give them 5 minutes. When the sales person arrived, I gave him 5 minutes and it was the best 5 minutes I have ever spent in my life. I agreed to run their risk free survey with no financial commitments and within the next three months they made my company 20% more profitable with less headaches. My ease of operation is better and my quality of life is much better. My days are no longer chaotic and things are running smoothly.

If you are really bothered by their repetitvie phone calls, what would it hurt to give in and let them take 5 minutes of your time to see if there is someway they could help you too. And as a business owner, I never thought I needed help either and "everything was great" here too. I'm so glad I let my guard down and you might be too. Think about it.
