Gulf Pacific, Arthur Vanlandingham Fraudulent business practices, failure to pay employee compensation Tempe Arizona
Gulf Pacific, and its owner, Arthur Vanlandingham refuse to pay commissions that are due and payable based on the employment contract that is in force and properly signed and dated by then Corporate Officer, Robert Holloway. Today I am owed over $4,600. I have been told by Mr. Vanlandingham,"Good luck collecting any of that money".
I am being forced to take Gulf Pacific, and Mr. Arthur Vanlandingham to Small Claims court in an effort to collect the money that is rightfully due to me.
Mr. Vanlandingham's cavalier attitude and fraudulent business practices must be addressed head on. It is inconceivable that Gulf Pacific, Inc. can hold itself out as a Management Consulting Firm when it's owner behaves is such a reprehensible manner.
