On several occassions in the past six months, since Arthur Vanlandingham, new owner of Gulf Pacific, has owed money to his employees, he continues to force legal threats to occur and then will say "this is my company and I will do whatever I want" thus disregarding compensation statutes and requirements for a legitimate business. He has alreay been reported to the Labor Board in California, sued through courts in California and be forced to pay ex-employee their earned compensation.

He is a cowboy in the wild west who acts impulsively and believes he is above the law when it comes to labor law. He induces top executives to work for his company with fraudulent statements and promises of compensation and benefits that he conveniently forgets once the employee has moved to the area and has incurred a financial responsibilities.

This is his habit. He mistreats his staff creating a hostile environment for the women who work in hs office with such a foul mouth that you would hear out on a job site in the country somewhere...not indusive for the professional office environment. He amuses himself with everyone's discomfort/ Turnover in the office is high going through six receptionists/admin assitants in six months.
