Gunthy Renker continued sending products to my home even after 2 requests for cancellation. Phone calls to their customer service department did not resolve the problem. I was told by Gunthy Renker to return the first order. I did so, but my credit card account was not credited. I then contacted my credit card company to contest the charges. The charge was then removed from my account. The next month, Gunthy Renker sent me another product shipment, then billed me $34.85 by mail! Two more phone calls to the company proved to be fruitless. The last time I called I spoke with a customer rep. supervisor who was rude and unprofessional. The matter remains unresolved, and now I have received a notice of "Resolution Opportunity" from North Shore Agency, notifying me of my last chance to make a payment of $34.85, before they send the matter to a collections agency.
