Complaint Review: Guobing Wang

I recently have been swindled on a website that I was unsure whether to trust or not. Like many smokers I hate paying outrageous prices for my cigarettes. I wish I would have read scam reports before entrusting my money in the hands of that evil man Guobing Wang. 

I was tricked out of $68, because of a promise of flavored cigarettes I had never seen before. I ordered 2 cartons of Kool's Menthol cigarettes. Midnight Berry Blast and Mocha Taboo. It has been about 3 weeks since I got the email from western union that Mr. Wang has picked up the money, and yet I have not seen my package.

I really wish there was a way to take this scam artist down. I just want my money back, so I can afford a pack of cigarettes from a store in my home town.
