After a trial in San Diego Ca. Tech Smart was guilty of stealing this business from a client of Khalsa McBrearty LLP, a CPA firm that Guru Khalsa was employed. In fact he is the son if the principle of Khalsa McBrearty, Johda Khalsa. The Judge ruled they owed about $1,400,000.00 for their Fraud, Malice, Oppression and Theft. Guru Khalsa claims that Tech Smart was his brain child. That statement simply is not true he stole it.
