Did you know that Gus Dekavallas was fired from G & M Manufacturing  due to “on the job conduct”?

                Did you know that Gus Dekavallas lost equity and ownership in G & M Manufacturing because

he was trying to avoid creditors?      

 Did you know that Gus Dekavallas  sold good under G & M Manufacturing while he was bound by  non-compete prohibitions of an agreement with the purchaser of his former business?

                Did you know that Gus Dekavallas lost a lawsuit brought against him by Derrick Leasing Inc. due to his Dekavallas’ failure to pay on leased equipment?

                Did you know that Gus Dekavallas had a “side agreement” to transfer G & M Manufacturing ownership to him which the  Arizona  Supreme Court would have considered “controlled by statute of frauds”?

I wonder if MetLife knew about the above when they contracted him?
