Our credit card was charged to Gus's Super Sales Shop on Jan 8 2003.We placed an order for a Brookwood wall clock. After two weeks and no word of confirmation we attempted to e-mail him both at his home and shop. None were answered. We then attempted to phone him several times and there is never an answer.

after calling sveral times I finally called the credit card co. and they gave me a "credit". About a week later Gus Called and said he had a supplier problem and would check into it and if not fixable he would cut a check back to me. my credit card co. just reported that it had been refunded...thanks to Visa...thanks for your website....sincerely, Mel
