Guthy-Renker Poractiv Solution ripoff dishonest deceiver con artist liars did not deliver kept my money Internet
On April 4,2004 I placed an order online with guthy-renker-store.com/pa-int/receipt.php?siteid=PAIcart.It is AZOC-Proactiv Solution 3-Step system.
By ordering now I will automatically be enrolled in the Proactiv clear Skin system. after receiving my first order,I will receive a regular 60 day supply every two months at the same guaranteed low price of just $39.95+ 15.00 SH for as long as I'm a member. Which is a total of $54.95.
I received conformation that my order was received, but was told that, that was not a receipt. This information will be used to process my order. That the page is not printable from Netscape, and I will receive my receipt via e-mail when my order is processed successfully. In another paragraph it states if I wish to inquire about the status of my order, please indicate your full name, date ordered, your zip code, the product you are inquiring about and the order number on your receipt. The e-mail receipt I never received. On May 4, 2004 I email guthy-renker-store to inquire about the order, using the order number I printed after placing my order, I received an e-mail stating that I have ordered on the International site and they have closed it down and I will be refunded. I sent another e-mail stating I would prefer to receive the order. From May 4, 2004 up till May 17, 2004 I am receiving a repeat email from guthy-renker stating, I apologize, I'm unable to locate your account from the information you provided below. Please e-mail your original question, accouny number, zip/postal code and I will be happy to help. If I can be of further service, please contact me. You may also contact Customer service at 1-800-950-4695.I have about 14 emails saying the same thing,over and over again. That's when I decided to ripoff report.
