   I read a review online, regarding recommended online casinos. I ran across Guts Casino, it had rating of 9 out of 10, the review was probably written by Ben or one of his scamming partners. They offer good match bonuses, just to lure you in. They have no chat line, no phone number, to try to reach them. I deposited $100.00, got my match bonus, lost of course, not even a free spin on any game. When I tried to claim the 2nd match bonus I was rejected, saying  I didn't qaulify. This is when I realized Guts Casino does not give any way of getting a hold of them. You have to email them, and they get back to you, whenever, no reason why all the delays..I understand I took my chance wiyh the $100.00 accepted the loss,but the only person representing Guts is a guy named Ben, he just started Guts Casino, Hiding in Malta, he got me with the phony reviews, pay outs on weekends, no hassles,pay back to your visa or any c.c. Theses are all lies, he has no support staff, no chat line service, no phone number, no icon if you try to download Guts Casino, you have to play through your email address. I fell for the scam, I warn others of this site, I know Ben is a rip off, just going to make as much money, by false, lies,reviews, till he gets caught, or shut down..Don't fall for the lies like I did, Ben is a con artist,and crook, pure and simple.. Beware of Guts Casino..

Guts Casino is owned by Guts Gaming Limited a company formed and regulated by the government of Malta abiding by the laws of the EU. Guts Casino is licensed by the LGA Malta via license number LGA/CL2/497/2008.

Guts Casino currently has around 25 employees working out of offices in Malta with 8 of these employees as dedicated support staff. Our support is offered in 4 landuages from 8am until Midnight CET daily via either Live Chat or Email. We also have a call back service where we will call the customer back during the support hours so the customer does not take any cost. 

The review that your referring to was on www.casinomeister.com which is possibly the most respected online gaming forum in the world, and we worked very hard at getting the rating we achieved. 

I personally tried to help you, you were extremelly abusive from the start and did not want to be helped. Instead you kept threatening me and my business and "what you would do to us". You were actually very abusive to the other 2 staff that tried to help you via Live Chat and Email (of which you said we did not have). 

I would be happy to add the email correspondance that you had with my support manager, the suppot agent that you abused and the emails that you sent to me over 2 days.
