 I sent them my 32gb iPhone 5s in white. I was supposed to receive, via PayPal, a payment for $75.00 within three days after they received it. I received an email stating they received the phone and then a follow up email stating payment was processing. It would be 1 to 3 business days. That was sent on the 16th of November 2015. As of the 19th of November I had nothing. I sent them an email as there is no number to contact them. They sent me an email back saying that they had had fraud(accounts were hacked) happen and were in the process of catching up on payments and bounced checks. No estimated time as to when I can expect payment. I have emailed them several times since and nothing. The email they sent back was in broken English. Here is is "Amanda's" email..support+id57306@guzu1.zendesk.com. My ticket number is 57306. It says it's been solved. Not so much. So they screwed me big time and from what I have read I am not the first. Do your homework people!! I'm calling the police department. That phone retails for $500.00
