I went out to look at a car that was posted by gravity autos online. After looking at the car I told the salesman "Dutch" that I was interested in the car but there were some issues that I was concerned about with the 2006 Nissan Murano. I was informed that they would clean and take care of some minor issues ONLY if I would put $500 down. I am form them after speaking with my father that the deal should be subject to final inspection when the automobile was ready. This was added to the worksheet that was filled out by Dutch. Originally I was informed that the car would be ready the next morning but later on when I called Dutch I was informed that it wouldn't be ready till much later on in the day.

I went out With my father to see the car that I was planning on purchasing. My father crawled under the car with the flashlight and notice a lot of oil that was coagulating under a pan and down some wiring. So he got some paper towels wiped off the pan and the wiring and started the engine! We also opened up the hood and noticed that the radiator was shaking back-and-forth. After a few minutes we took the car out for a test drive. The Nissan vibrated so terribly during the test drive that we had to pull it over into a gas station to once open the hood and look at the engine itself under brighter lights There was a very strong smell of burning oil so we decided to take the car back to the dealer just in case it broke down. My father once again crawled under the Nissan Murano and noticed that the oil was once again coagulating underneath the car on a pan and also was running down on some of the wiring.

During this final inspection we decided not to buy the car. We decided to bypass The salesman Dutcb who never came up to my father or myself when we went to look at the vehicle so we decided to bypass him and speak with the manager. My father started speaking with the manager who informed my father that they put back on the original factory wheels cleaned the car, vacuumed out the car and informed us that they even fixed the driver seat! My father then informed him that this deal was subject to final inspection when ready as stated in my written agreement! Then the manager proceeded saying that he took the car off the Internet and he informed numerous individuals that the car was sold. My father then said that the deals not done till it's done and it wasn't a done deal and the manager agreed with my father. We requested or refund of $500 and was informed that he would return my $500 the next business day!

Here it is a week later and still no I have not seen the $500 go back into my account that was debited originally! As of last night I called Dutch and informed him of my issues. He had the attitude that he didn't really care and he was at home and even if he was at the office there was nothing he could do so my mother tried to take the phone to speak with Dutch he already hung up. She proceeded to call him back he was very rude and disrespectful to my mother Who wanted to get answers to why my $500 was not deposited in my account as promised! He said he couldn't speak with her about the car only to me and then hung up! I would never ever step into Gwinnett Suzuki ever again!!'
