I have Adorabable Pet Boutique for small pet clothes at http://www.premature-expectation.com
I have designed an outfit that is a custom fit for pets made from three measurements.

I have placed in the top of the search engines.

I today found that my entire idea has been stolen and my meta tags copied word for word along with the design and idea for the clothes.
The person operating the company ordered an outfit and copied it and the website design company copied my meta tags.

This was done by the site http://www.small-pet-clothes.com and the website design company at http://www.digitalslingshot.com

I have notified the BBB and the companies involved.
These are the companies

Regardless, don't waste any time with the BBB. The company you should go after ultimately will be the web page designed because they most likely mirrored your site.

Rebuttal:

Carla,

I attempted to review the site you listed at
http://www.small-pet-clothes.com. I received a message that stated there was no such site. This was on November 12, 2001 at 18:33 CST. Perhaps I keyed it in wrong.

I also keyed that URL into a domain search and no one owns it. Is the address you listed correct?

Regardless, don't waste any time with the BBB. The company you should go after ultimately will be the web page designed because they most likely mirrored your site.

Get an attorney on contingency basis and sue them for a hefty sum. Unless some sort of patent has protected the clothing you designed anyone can copy those. But I believe you can sue both entities for the cost to build your web page and you also can sue for a percentage of sales from your competitor until they remove your mirrored page.

Good Luck
The Fraud Chick
