Complaint Review: H/A Air Conditioning Inc.

H/A Air Conditioning, Inc. d/b/a Florida Air Duct Cleaners is not only a scam and ripoff, but is engaged in fraud. I received an advertisement in the clipper magazine for air duct cleaning. I called them for a quote. The young lady I spoke with from Florida Air Duct Cleaners informed me that the pricing for air duct cleaning would be between $29-$65.The advertisement indicated services were priced at $29. She also said that if I decided not to go with them there would be a $25 cancellation fee. I scheduled them to come out. The technicians from Florida Air Duct Cleaners has me sign an invoice for the $25 in case I cancelled. I used the bathroom while they were looking at the air handler. When I came out they had left. I then received a charge on my credit card for $250. I then spoke with several supervisors from Florida Air Duct Cleaners who all promised to refund me. They didnt, so I disputed the charge with my credit card. During the dispute process my credit card company received a forged invoice from the company for $250 and found against me. This is the epitome of statutory fraud in Florida and as such /A Air Conditioning, Inc. d/b/a Florida Air Duct Cleaners should be investigated for this.
