I recently moved to VA and took my 2003 Audi A6 to H.B.L. Audi of Tyson's Corner. The first time I took my car there, it went in for a basic 30k service and came out with a damaged tire and mud flap.

The second time I took my car there, it went in to get the mud flap and tire fixed, the brakes checked due to the brake light going on, remote key battery replaced, and windshield wiper blades replaced.

Not only did HBL try to charge me for repairs that were under my warranty, but I was missing $20 in quarters from my car that I use for the toll road. I reported my issues to their client relations manager who just blew it off like it was nothing.

A couple days later I took it to the Audi dealer back home to get it checked since it still didn't drive properly. They discovered all of the damage and noticed that the parts that were supposedly replaced by H.B.L. the week prior were not functioning properly because they were worn. Obviously, parts cannot become drastically worn with normal driving within a week's time.

I am currently in the process of contacting Audi Corporate to report this behavior, but I wanted to warn everyone since H.B.L. is the only Audi dealer within an hour's driving time.

I will keep everyone posted on the outcome of this complaint.
