Complaint Review: H&H Enterprise

H&H Enterprise Ripoff First time ordered product on their web site, Its been 17 days, have not received my order. Promised 2-6 days for delivery. Galloway, New Jersey

This company advertises legal buds and herbal smokes, good prices, and very discriptive. Pictures of buds are awesome. Offer a free sample with any order over 25$. I ordered an ounce of " Wild Greens" on Dec. 3rd. Received an email confirming my order, the credit card I used and promised a 2 - 6 day delivery time frame. Well it's been 17 days and still nothing. I've sent emails inquiring about my order and have not received a reply. These people are a MAJOR RIP OFF and should be stopped. I'll never order anything on line again. This sucks and so does H&H Enterprise.

I received my package on the 16th of January after calling the 609 area code number. I'm glad this is over. I will never order anything on line again. Their product is OK, I don't think it's as good as their testamonies claim.

I called the new phone number 609-407-0005 and talked to a very pleasent woman. She said my order will be sent out today, 1/13/06 and I will receive by tuesday the 17th. She also gave me the Fed Ex tracking number for my shipment. I will update next week and let everyone know the outcome.

Got a response

I did get a response from H&H enterprise stating that my order was lost in the mail. They also said they were sending out another package on the 23rd of December. As of today, I still have not received my order. I do beleave I have been taken, I will never order anything on line again. I just got off there web site this morning, which by the way has been updated, thanks to us suckers who spent hard earned money placing orders and getting nothing. Is there anything that can be done to go after these people to get our money back??
