Just wanted to update - I got my product. It was delivered on time and held up to all expectations. IF you act like a normal person and approach these companies in a reasonble and intelligent fashion then you just might get the response you are looking for.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the phone number with the 609 area code is completely valid.

I ordered and din't recieve on the day I expected to. That made me worried right away since I had read this site in the interim. I immediatly contacted Derek via his email address as well as trying the toll free number. I could not (as predicted) get through on the toll free line, so I used a little sense and used the other number. I was immediatly in touch with a very helpful and pleasant lady who let me know why I hadn't recieved my order. She and I resolved the conflict right then on the phone.

Then to my surprise when I checked my email later that day I discovered that Derek had gone the extra mile and actually emailed me a confirmation link to the FEDEX website. My package did go out today as promised, and I will also be able to track delivery.

Everyone may not get the results that they like from this company, but they seemed to have worked very hard to solve my complaint in an extremely timely fashion.

Customer, If you have a problem with a missing package, please contact me, it is much more efficient than posting here, as you can contact me direct and save ALOT of time. Send me your name/date of purchase/order # and method of payment, so I can track and replace your package. We had a HUGE problem with the USPS stealing packages and need your info so we can reship via fedex. Thanks for your help in getting your order taken care of.
