""NO LEMON" GUARANTEE-
The original warranted unit replaced with merchandise which has comparable features, after 4th technician-verified product failure. (Excludes general and preventive maintenance, adjustments, cosmetic part replacements and peripherals.) Will refund the
original purchase price of unit if no comparable unit is available."

>Mar 24, 2008 - Contacted H.H. Gregg and received a Service Confirmation Number
>Mar 31, 2008 - Service Tech determined that the red convergenence chip was bad and ordered the part. Failure #1
>April 1, 2008 - Service Tech returned and installed the red convergence chip and found that another convergence chip was bad. Failure #2
>Apr 3, 2008 - Service Tech returned and installed the other convergence chip and found that the Signal Board was bad. Failure #3
>Apr 8, 2008 - Service Tech returned and found that the warehouse had sent the wrong Signal Board. Free pass
>Apr 12, 2008 - Service Tech returned and installed the Signal Board and found that the DCU board was bad. Failure #4

Notified H.H. Gregg Customer Relations and was told that it was based on 4 Service Confirmation calls, not 4 failures as the contract clearly states.
