Complaint Review: H H Gregg

I purchased a Magic Chef (Maytag) refrigerator from HH gregg in late July 2006 and have had it repaired 5 times because it will not freeze ice cream. After numerous calls and requests for a new refrigerator, they have ignored me. They say they are waiting to get authorization from Maytag before they can replace the refrigerator. That is not my problem. If they were concerned about keeping their customers happy, they would replace the refrigerator and deal with Maytag on their own time. Meanwhile I have soup instead of ice cream. I am totally dissatisfied with the only product I have bought from them and it will be the last product I will buy from them. A locally owned-appliance store has just relocated very close to them. If they don't improve their customer service, they will be out of business. There is too much competition close by.
