H H Gregg Warranty issues unresolved over 2 months Florence, Kentucky
h h gregg's sold me a big screen tv with an extended 5 year warranty.
tv sound system went bad and for over two months itried to get them to fix it and to date has never beeen fixed.
they came out once and the tv repairmain said it was the instrlation problem then the insalation repairman i paid h h greggs to install it told me it was the tv sound system.
the original tv repairman also told me the problem with the sound was bad in all the tv and attempted to have me purchase from h h greggs a $200.00 sound bar.
i was told this past week the new tv repairman that i had to take the tv off the wall and he would install te speakers and wolffers wich were bad.
it should be noted that i am 70 years old had a recent stroke and told i have heart failure so i can not do it.
i paid for in home warranty and they have not made the repairs needed and trying to get me to pay more for a problem they knew when they sold me the tv is a ripoff.
