H.H.Gregg we have been 3 months without a working whirlpool front load washer, their service department dissolved and left us stranded having a non working washing machine, ripoff Louisville Kentucky

We bought a whirlpool front load washer, not even a year ago and have had the machine break down at least 6 times. We have an extended service agreement with HH Gregg and the first three times the unit broke down their service dept. was in the process of closing, unkown to us, wich was terrible service right off the bat.

They would order parts that were not right and sometimes they would be in the warehouse for weeks thenIwould have to call and follow up when there was not a word from them, for weeks. After the 3rd time I called HH Gregg to request a new machine and they would'nt think of it. I asked for the number and name of the person above all the managers in that store and they told me, they could not give me that info, they said they are not authorized.

Well here we are after the sixth breakdown and no relief in sight. we have begged and pleaded and still nothing. They made us "temporarily buy a loaner unit until we can get ours fixed". It has been a very misfortunate ordeal and i will never recommend or shop there again. I hope this does not happen to others!
