H&R Accounts (Collection Agency) Thomas C. Hill This Collection Agency will steal your money through the court sysem. Moline, Illinois
H&R Accounts froze $4,100.00 dollars in my checking account to satisfy a medical bill. Before the money was released to them, I paided them off from an alternate source. H&R never un-froze the $4,100.00 in my account, which was eventually released to them by Blackhawk Bank & Trust. Therefore, H&R Accounts got paid $4,100.00 dollars twice. H&R Accounts will not return my money to me without putting me into a law suit. They are fraudulently holding my money. I have notified the Illinois States Attorny's Office (Lisa Madigan), Fraud Division. So, if you get a letter from H&R Accounts, don't do the right thing and pay them. Simply ignore them, they are crooks!

Find an attorney

Find an attorney, go to court. Sue for $10,000, plus legal expenses and court costs plus interest. The faster you get them into court, the faster you will get this resolved. Sue both the bank and the collection agency.
By the way, NEVER, EVER, pay the collection agency a dime, always pay the original debtor, unless a court directs otherwise.
