I oredered an item off amazon website. Have been doing it for years and sometimes the seller runs out of the item and I usually get my money back in 2 days. However it happened again and this time H&R is holding my money in Pending. I have called numerous times and they told it would be 21 days. Then it was 30 days still no money. Everytime I call thay send me to 10-20 different people. They finally told me that Amazon had to send them a fax rebuting the purchase. So I did and Amazon would not since they canceled the order told me it wasn't there problem. Called the bank back to have a three way conversation and after amazon told them they no longer was asking for my money the H&R Block Bank person said it wasn't their problem and hung up on me. Everytime I call, which has been about $160.00 because they charge me $2.00 evertime I call. They keep telling me that its Amazons fault. This is bull. I am a poor person who lives from paycheck to paycheck and they still have my money. Someone needs to do some thing about this. It been going on 4 months now. What the heck. STAY AWAY FROM H&R BLOCK BANK, THEY SUCK!
