H&R Block Imperical Capital Bank ripoff Elkhart Indiana
The Imperial Capital bank that issues checks through H&R Block said my second check that is my earned income credit refund had to be sent to me by mail and it would take 7-10 days additionally they said they could not let local H&R block issue checks.
