H&R Block Income Taxes Ripoff
I went to H&R Block to have my taxes prepared, while there I waited for 3 hours after being told no wait. Then I filed a rapid refund to be back in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours I called to check on the refund the loan was denied from the bank in error I might add and then I am still charged 25.00 for the bank and two separate charges of 20.00 and 28.00 for electronic filing fee. I was not told of these fees or that the loan could be denied or that I would still pay all the fees and then get my refund back in 3-4 weeks as if I had filled regular and paid only the standard fee.Ask all Questions ! I think they get these people off the street to do these things

The RAL or what usto be called the Rapid Refund is what gets most people. I work for an accountant. When you get the RAL you are paying a high % rate for the loan. Your regular refund can be directly depoisited into your bank account in as little as 3 weeks. Not that bad of a wait considering that you pay so much for a loan on your refund. Thats what you get when you go to H&R block. I work for a small unknown business. We have great customer service and we don't take advantage of our customers. Try going to a better place next year.
