After 20 days, a new package arrived, and because I left the country for 20 days, I did not get my credit card statement until I came back. I was horrified when I saw the $88.00 charged to my account for the eye cream alone. I called the company wanting to return the new delivery but the guy on the phone said it can t be returned nor cancelled. When I asked for the address, he won't give it, until I told him that I will report them to better business bureau. He still doesn't want to give the address , instead offered to send another delivery & confirm cancellation just so I won't complain. Still the first delivery was charged to my account, and the 2nd one, which totaled $176. O0 to my credit card. I want to have this company closed , what can I do?
