H R NATIONAL IS A SCAM! IN PROCESS OF CONTACTING POLICE FRAUD DEPT. AND BBB Las Vegas Nevada
I contacted these people through an ad I found on craigslist.org. I talked with the individual and was told about the 7-day trial. I was NOT told however about the instant membership and NON-REFUNDABLE charge after the 7 days.
I contacted the company. Waited approximately 30 minutes on the phone and was informed that the 49.95 I had pending to my account was non-refundable. I said that can't be because I was never told of this. I was then told that I had to look that information up for myself on the website?! Since I signed up over the phone then I couldn't do anything about it. I had to pore over their website first to get that information. I was in the wrong not the scam artists, is what they were telling me.
I asked to speak with her supervisor, she said that she was the supervisor and that there was no one over her that would speak to me. Her name is Amber and apparently she runs both the sales and the customer service. Since I called sales first why did I have to wait on the customer service line for the same person?
I asked for her to go back and listen to the recordings of my conversation because she informed me that when someone isn't told about the non-refundable charge then they will discipline the person who neglected to divulge that information. But, she would be unable to discern who that person was since the person is not listed on the recording. If there even is a recording.
I told her that I would be contacting the police and the better business bureau. And she said I could do whatever I felt like I needed to. I also asked for the headquarters number and was told they only had an email address.
THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING! I HAVE CONTACTED THE FRAUD SECTION of the POLICE DEPT. in LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

as an employee, i can tell you that all calls are recorded and at the beginning of the calls we are required to state out name and tell you that the calls are recorded and we do tell you that the 7day trial is for $1.95 and that it is $49.95 per month after that we have a script that we have to read and it is recorded and if it is not read verbatim we will lose our jobs.
as for amber .... she is the supervisor for both the sales and customer service and she had dropped down to assist in answering the phones do they do not sit on hold for longer that 10 min. she was tellling the truth and the terms and conditions are on the website for ANYONE to read (as they should be doing so before they buy anything anyways.)the problem here is that people only hear what they want when they call as for the listings... yes they are supposed tobe taken off as they are being sold, however if the owners dont let us know that they have gotten someone into the houses... unfortunately we canot know when to delete them however the newest listings are at the end of the lists.
just look at the dates that they were entered or updated!!! happy house hunting ..oh ps.. I have never had a problem with my checks and i have direcd deposit. and i have never heard of this mark guy.natnat
