This company is slow to activate your account, 4 days in my case. I'm not sure if this 4 days is included in the 7 day 'trial' or not.

The phone reps are most pleasant when you try to activate the account. When it comes time to cancel, the provided customer service number is most often not functioning. The customer service representatives are much less pleasant (Just plain rude if you ask me) when you try to cancel.

There are many accounts of bad experiences with this company all over the web. Somone in the company always responds to these messages trying to dispute customer complaints. I question the quality of a company that has people checking online complaint sites such as ripoffreport.com. It almost seems like they expect it...

In my opinion everyone should save themselves the trouble, and avoid this company. My opinion as a random disgruntled internet poster is only worth so much. I would suggest checking with the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau before entering into any sort of arrangement with HR National.

For your convenience here is a link to the BB report on this company: http://www.vegasbbb.org/rptrel.asp?bbbid=74677

Here's a summary of the report:
32 complaints in the last 36 months. 27 complaints closed in the last year. Business reponded to 0 of those 27 complaints (ie They ignore the BBB).

"As of 8/13/2008, the Bureau has been Unable to confirm this company has a valid local business license for the locale in which they operate. If a consumer does business with an unliscensed firm, they do so at their own risk."

BBB Rating: Unsatisfactory

I'm curious how the HR national employee who responds to this post will refute the Better Business Bureau.

We refuse to comply with the BBB, heres why:

Contrary to popular belief, the BBB is a privately owned company.

Unfortunately in order to answer a BBB complaint you must be a member (which involves a monthly fee and initial donation for an LLC out of Nevada).

HR National and its team has proudly refused to become a member because of this.

For your information, the Better Business Bureau itself has nearly 450 complaints on ripoffreport.com because of this. Their practices have almost been shut down by the FTC numerous times. This is all documented, please do your research.

We answer ripoffreport.com complaints because it allows a company rebuttal. The BBB only posts negative feedback about a company.

Our product is risk free. It costs $1.95 to check out for 7 days. If the service does not benefit you, we encourage you to cancel our services. We allow an easy cancellation policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

We appreciate always your comments! Addition feedback can be sent to compliance@hrnational.com.

Kind Regards.
