I ordered one of their H20 mops over the phone. I then started looking into the product and saw lots of complaints. LESS THAN AN HOUR later, I called the 800 number to cancel. I was given another number and told that's where I could cancel. I called that number and was told it would take 24 hours to get in their system and to call back the next day. I called about 16 hours after ordering it and was told I couldn't cancel because it was in 'the shipping process,' even though it wouldn't be shipped for two weeks.

So, even after trying to cancel one hour after ordering, I'm told I'll have to have a return label sent to send it back and be responsible for the $35.00 shipping charges. In other words, YOU CANNOT cancel without paying for shipping charges even if it's a mere hour after ordering. What a rip off!!

Don't buy from this company...they're dishonest.

I don't think this counts as a ripoff: you changed your mind after ordering. It sucks, but it happened. What do you think of the actual product, though? Curious about that, since Consumer Reports recommended one of their mops.
