Complaint Review: H20 Mop Ultra By Thane

Well, anyway like i said i bought one of these mops back in june 09. after 3 months of payments to get this thing paid off, the lasrt week in aug the thing pours water outta the bottom faster then the steam comes out.so i call customer service and they tell me to trouble shoot and put vinger in the tank with water, if it doesn't work to call them back and they will ship a new one out. so i tried the trouble shooting thing they told me to do and nothing!so i called them back and they said "okay we realize it was a defective steam and we'll ship out a new one to you".you should recieve it in 7-14 days,okay fine they asked me for my card # to charge for shipping, which wasn't bad.i go and check my account tonight and i see they charged it twice for something else!why i don't know just beware when you order something online and it brakes and you try to call them and ask them for a replacement. they charged it once for the shipping and again for something else.okay just becareful about what you do. Thanks!
