Complaint Review: H20 Pools - Rick Guerra-Pratt

We had a similar experience with Rick. We paid him a large sum of money up front to receive a huge discount after being referred by a friend. He did a great job for about 3 months, then he stopped coming regularly. We had a BRAND NEW POOL, and his lack of service turned our pool GREEN, permanently damaging our new pool surface.

We called and called.... he would say he was coming and then not show up. Finally we discontinued our service. But he NEVER RETURNED OUR MONEY! He still owes us HUNDREDS of DOLLARS!

I still see his truck around Kingwood.... I feel sorry for the people who fall for his service. They will be sorely disappointed.
