H2O Wireless LOCUS Telecommunication Bank charge is not honored; Super bad custoner service; Geneva , Illinois

H2O Wireless posted two charges by $10 to my bank account, but honors only one of them. Thus my balance on my prepaid phone is $10 instead of $20. This happened on December 29 and 30th, and I have been calling H2O Wireless since. I also sent them emails, and faxed a copy of my bank statement. No answer. I managed to file a trouble ticket # 15027 with H2O Wireless on December 31, and the representative claimed it would be resolved by Monday, January 2.

I spent all afternoon today, January 4, 2012, in an attempt to get just a status on my trouble ticket. Note, just a status, I understand it may take time. Instead, I had three dropped calls, each one was after 30-40 minutes wait time. I also have one dropped live chat.

The result of my time spent so far is null. I could not get any representative over the phone to answer a simple question - what is the status with my trouble ticket. All calls today timed out and dropped after the reps told me to wait for a moment. My two live chat sessions lasted more than one hour. One timed out, and the other, the only successful contact today,  the rep could not help. I have this on the record.

The cost of my time spent is more than $10. So it is not about the money anymore. Apart from profits, this business must learn how to treat customers. We all have seen deteriorating customer services, but nothing comes even close to this.
