Spoke to owner of company in February 2019 concerning order of bunkbed. I explained to him that I was having a family wedding and would need order by 9/1/2019. He stated that would be no problem as their lead time was 14-16 weeks. He asked for 65% deposit which I mailed on March 10, 2019. He agreed to send wood samples the next day. Finally received samples after two tel calls 16 days later. After discussing with him he agreed to send two more samples as there were two missing from box which he said would be what I described. I did not receive these and have still not received to date. In addition he stated repeatedly that he would send me a rendition of the bed I requested for my approval - again I have never received this. Everytime I called I got excuses - he was sick, employees quit, rush order, but still was guaranteeing order time. Finally on I realized that his repeated excuses and failure to deliver promises caused me to look more closely at complaints on Arizona BBB and I discovered numerous complaints of customers who had waited months and even over a year for deliveries. I wrote him an email on May 19, 2019 asking for my deposit return as I would have to buy beds from elsewhere and would have no use for his no matter when delivered. He never answered my email, another email, certified letter and numerous tel messages. I cannot reach anyone at their company number and have left messages with him, sales and accounts - zero response.
