HAAN Corporation I purchased a HAAN VersaSteam Pro, model #BS-20Q, BS-20QS with acccessory package from QVC; the machine has never worked and it is past the deadline to return this product. I purchased a HAAN VersaSteam Pro Steam Cleaner, model #BS-20Q, BS-20QS with accessory package, from QVC the middle of last year. The machine has never worked. It is past time for me to return the machine to QVC.
I have called the HAAN corporation, #1-877-422-6347, left messages, several times, but received no response.
I have emailed them, @ www.HAANusa.com, but received no response.
I lhave emailed them, @ dmuench@haanusa.com/cccmuench@haanusa.com, but server was unknown and the email was underliverable.
Am I out a loss with this purchase?? Or can you help me??
