Habitats Tiny Homes Lost $1K Deposit That was Supposed to be Refundable if not Satisfied with Location Vista California
We were supposed to be refunded if we weren't satisfied with the location of the property in which our tiny house would reside. She had changed location on 3 separate occasions. The second location we were kept in the dark. The 3rd property I was not satisfied with the location. In asking for the deposit I was told that the expiration on such a request had long passed, based on the first property that had never closed.
