Hackershardware ripoff San Diego? California?
I sent my money ($354) on Nov of 2002 and until now, no product or no refund. I emailed them about 3 times a week from Nov of 2002 til now. In the beginning, they were responding, but now nothing. A funny thing happened when the last time they did respond...I asked for a refund, they said sure, about a week from now (which was christmas week). I waited until then and still no refund. I emailed them and asked why they didn't send it, they replied back saying it was "the holidays, expect some delays." I then replied back saying, "then why did you tell me one week if you know xmas and new years were coming up? did you not know that they holidays were coming?" That was the last email they responded to. The date of that was Jan 7.
If anyone have a phone number or something, please give it to me, so I can give them a piece of my mind.

I had the same problem. I sent them $340 around Chirstmas and never got the product. I sent them more than 10 emails but never got respond. however, I got the money back. I paid the total $340 to 2checkout.com. So i contact both 2checkout.com and hackershardware.com and I finally got money back from 2checkout.com. but you have to report both hackershardware and the money carrier to "Better Business Bureau" or other well known organization that helps resolve consumer complaints, and promotes ethics in business. they do better job when it comes down to Internet Rip-off cases. Find government organization or even police to report them as well. hackershardware is way too bad and notorious. they should be punished this time. and i believe their office is in Canada, Toronto, Ontario but i'm not sure.$354 isn't small amount of money so fight for it... and if whoever post the following respond after this message saying 'oh! hackershardware is great..blah blah blah', don't trust that... hackershardware do that all the time. they post fake counter respond right after they got bad report from their victims.
